摘要：
A new mutual coupling calibration method for the adaptive array is proposed. In the new method, the pattern of each element in the array is modified to consistent with that of each element in the isolated state, and correspondingly, the calibrated signals of the adaptive array are consistent with the signals received by the elements in the isolated state. The calibration matrix is developed and can provide accurate mutual coupling calibration not only for the signals incident from the horizontal plane but also for those incident from the non-horizontal plane. The calibration effectiveness of the new method is verified by the numerical examples.
