摘要
Hydrogen is expected to play an important role in the future global energy mix [3]. It is a very interesting way to store energy, and it is a zero-emission fuel burned with oxygen. In past years, hydrogen has received high attention around the world as illustrated in Figure 1(a), where it can be seen that an increasing number of countries adopted, or are to adopt, general strategies for hydrogen production [1]. At present, a stable and well-defined policy framework is needed to better define rules and regulations for green hydrogen standards that can be agreed around the world [4]. © 2007-2011 IEEE.
