China's real estate comprehensive competitiveness evaluation based on factor analysis

摘要：
Factor analysis is an effective statistical method to reduce the number of variables, which can reduce data latitudes and eliminate the correlation between variables. According to the phenomenon of current real estate market warming, a comprehensive real estate competitiveness evaluation system was established. 31 provinces' relevant data was collected, using factor analysis to process data and get their comprehensive competitive scores. According to the score, 31 provinces were divided into four levels, and various levels' comprehensive competitiveness has the respective characteristics. We got that real estate development is not balanced between our provinces. In addition, we provided real estate development proposal which is suitable to every level, respectively.
