Research and analysis of central heating systems in Changchun

In order to grasp the current situation of the central heating energy consumption in Changchun, this paper researched 17 heating companies, with 172,000 m(2) in total of covered area and 154,000 m2 in total of heating area, by using an integrated site investigation method. It recorded the energy-consuming indexes around the year in these companies and investigated the energy construction, heating supply method, heating range and heat source condition. By analyzing the discrepancy between the unit energy consumption and the power-saving requirement, the related contaminating quantity could be calculated. The research shows that, the building heating system in Changchun has many negative problems, consuming the energy on a large level. Proposed by saving energy and reducing consumption; raised transmission efficiency of heating pipe network; reduced energy waste; promoted heat metering and other means, to ensure the heating quality; improve the condition of business, improve heating protection ability measures. At last, some related reform measures are proposed. And the potential of pollutant emission reduction is also researched in this paper.
