Constitutional Law in Constitutional Reform Processes

By virtue of the constitutional reform process being carried out in Chile, the main periods in Latin American constitutionalism historical evolution are reviewed, with special emphasis on such Constitutions approved subsequently to the Latin American military dictatorships during the seventies of the 20th Century. A particular study of the features of Latin America's new constitutionalism is performed, as well as the new paradigms and challenges for drafting and approving new Constitutions.
