摘要
Main additives for drilling fluids: inhibitors, fluid loss additives, lubricants, tackifiers, viscosity reducers, etc. Due to the different components and mechanism of action, micro-nano materials should be investigated before and after the system is added to the system. The premise of the micro-nano-blocking agent in the stability of the particle size in the system is that it does not react with the additive in the system. In this paper, four kinds of additives, such as inhibitor, fluid loss additive, tackifier and viscosity reducer, are studied. The effect of nano-blocking material particle size, such as nano-calcium carbonate, silica and emulsified paraffin was analyzed. Through laboratory experiments, it is shown that the addition of drilling fluid additives to the drilling fluid will affect the particle size of the nano-material, thus affecting its dispersion performance. Different doses and different types of additives have different effects on the particle size distribution of the nano-blocking agent due to their different structures. Analysis of the experimental data shows that when the additive has little effect on the particle size of the nano-blocking agent, the influence on the sedimentation stability is small, and the nano-material does not have a large amount of aggregation and sedimentation. This provides technical support for the selection of treatment solutions for drilling fluid systems used in shale nanoscale plugging.
