摘要：
The loading of the hinate in individuals with Kienbock's disease and negative ulnar variance provides the basic rationale for a radial shortening, osteotomy. This osteotomy will lessen the forces transmitted from the radius to the Innate. In this study we show that also on the long term this procedure leads to good results with good function and satisfied patients. The deterioration of the lunate seems to be stabilized.
