摘要
Despite the increasing importance and recognition of equity, diver-sity, and inclusivity (EDI) within the academic and chemical indus-tries, EDI is rarely implemented while designing some courses, especially during chemistry practical. Based on the instructor's re-flections and experiences, steps taken to include EDI as part of the organic chemistry laboratory course are discussed. Finally, sugges-tions for increasing equity and access to course materials while teaching remotely are presented.
