摘要
The Industrial Real Estate is paid closely attention to world, for Cluster advantage of its enormous and the impetus of the development of urbanization, but it still exists many problems, therefore, the pressing matter is to find the development and operation mode of industrial real estate which suitable to it. This article attempts to take the smile theory of Lian Dong U Valley as the object of research, summarizes the reason of success, finds the problems, provides a reference for the development of industrial real estate.
