摘要：
This paper introduces the necessary theoretical knowledge of real estate investment risk research, puts forward the principles and steps of risk control theory applied to the construction of risk evaluation index system, and establishes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP). According to AHP and Delphi expert evaluation method, the weight values of risk indicators at all levels in the risk assessment index system are calculated. Combined with the specific real estate project external environment and development and management materials, Delphi expert evaluation method is used to score the risk membership degree of risk indicators in the risk assessment index system. Finally, the validity of the model is verified by a case study.
