摘要：
Five cis- and trans-eudesmanolide sesquiterpenes mere isolated from Wedelia prostrata (Compositae) collected in Egypt and their structures mere elucidated by spectroscopic methods. The conformations of the trans-eudesmanolides are discussed on the basis of their coupling constants in the H-1-NMR spectra.
