摘要
This paper presents a rule based decision support system for critical infrastructure management based on the network model developed in our previous study. This study employs advanced computation methods to build tools for better understanding emergent behavior of infrastructure system, for use in developing superior preparedness and response strategies. The decision support system is integrated to the large scale emergency planning in real world setting and can be applied to different types of infrastructure as a general approach.
