摘要
this article through the SCL - 90 scale of weifang 400 college teachers' psychological health survey, found that colleges and universities teachers' mental health problem is widespread, and has a consistency across different areas of time; Different gender and there exists significant difference degree of individual mental health. Based on the analysis of colleges and universities should set up dedicated EAP mechanism, emotion management, and prevention, set up the communication mechanism institutionalization, provide relaxing the place of teachers for five aspects such as psychological adjustment. College teachers' psychological health problem has been attracting the attention of society, in various academic journals has a large number of related research [1] [2], this study through comprehensive previous research results and through an empirical analysis of the questionnaire survey, draw on the research achievements of colleges and universities teachers' mental health is more comprehensive. Based on the analysis of colleges and universities to carry out the EAP accommodation.
