摘要
In some sense, DSM has the characteristics of the complicated public product, and the government plays a leading role in DSM work. It is important to improve level of DSM of our country, to appraise the level of DSM and efficiency of some regions, and bring into the achievements evaluation system of local government. After consulting a large amount of DSM documents, this paper puts forward the index system used to weighing the regional government level of DSM for the first time, and brings forward the multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Taking into account the qualitative and the quantitative factors, this paper applies AHP to analyze the weight coefficient, and adopts the multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyze the level of DSM and efficiency of some regions.
