摘要：
This paper introduced the modern urban environment constrruction importance and its facing stern Situation, give the target system map of the comprehensive urban environmental quality assessment and the use of least squares method for each target to determine the weights. Using TOPSIS methode to establish a comparative assessment model comprehensive urban environmental quality.
