摘要
Considering the current situation of the hardware platform of domestic numerical control device has an insufficient safety performance and lack of effective quantitative evaluation method, this paper analyzes the requirements of hardware function safety of domestic CNC system and come up with a numerical control device hardware platform failure assessment model based on failure model effect diagnostic analysis and Markov method. After analysis of computing device hardware failure probability and importance of failure cause, the safe integrity level of numerical device can be determined, and find out the weak links in hardware design which could provide theoretical guidance for subsequent development.
