摘要
Introduction: To explore the potential target points and mechanism of Yinlai decoction's anti-inflammatory effects, through analyzing the prescription of Yinlai decoction with the method of network pharmacology, in order to provide targeted guidance for experimental research. Materials and methods: Traditional Chinese Medicine System Platform (TCMSP) database was used to establish database for related target points of Yinlai decoction's anti-inflammatory effect, String database was applied to analyze the interaction among target points and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) database was utilized to analyze related pathways of Yinlai decoction's inflammatory effect. Results: A total of 20 important target points of Yinlai decoction's anti-inflammatory effects were found. There were 71 interactions in the network composed of these target points, among which 26 interactions were important. 53 inflammation-related pathways were found (P-Value <0.001), among which the most closely related signaling pathways included Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) signaling pathway, Nucleotide-Binding Oligomerization Domain receptors (NOD) -like receptor signaling pathway and Toll-like receptor signaling pathway. Conclusion: Yinlai decoction's anti-inflammatory effects are achieved by joint interventions of complicated pathways of many target points, but the specific regulatory mechanism remains to be further explored and verified.
