On reliability of electrical equipment - System modeling towards management and decision-making

摘要
Reliability is one of the most important issues to electrical equipments, and giving reliability analysis to it, making maintenance decision is very necessary. In this paper the designing of management and decision-making system, which gives a full-scale analysis and decision for the electrical equipments' reliability, is presented. The Framework and content of this system is introduced. Based on this, The software designing about this system is given, including the structure and the modules of the software. This software is practical because of these features: Object Oriented, powerful graphical interfaces, cross-platform and distributed structure.
