摘要
In this work, we present Resonance Spectroscopy studies of Poly(p-phenylene vinylene) (PPV) to characterize the charged excitations induced during doping. The vibrational analysis has been performed in order to describe the electronic distribution modifications introduced along the chain of the polymer at the transition from semi conducting to conducting state. A Valence Force Field model is used to determine the force constants relative to the electronic structure of PPV in conducting state. The Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) studies are also used to confirm the polaronic character observed by Resonance Raman Scattering.
