Genetic-binary combinatorial algorithm for 0-1 integer programming

摘要：
Based on the analysis of combinatorial algorithm of integer programming and the genetic algorithm, an improving algorithm will be pointed out that is called genetic-binary combinatorial algorithm. The key method of genetic-binary combinatorial algorithm that is called change-zero and add-one method will also be introduced. An example will also be given to demonstrate the correction of the new algorithm at last.
