摘要
We present an approach based on effective medium theory in the Bruggeman-Bergman approximation for modeling of optical properties of nanocomposites based on TiO2 and SiO2 films with Ag nanoparticles. The importance of volume fraction of metal phase for spectral characteristics of such nanocomposite is demonstrated and confirmed. The increase of this parameter leads to the redshift of the spectral peak and an increase of the reflection amplitude. The numerical calculations demonstrate a good agreement with the experimental data for laser-obtained TiO2- and SiO2-based nanocomposite films with Ag nanoparticles.
