摘要
This paper discusses structure that enhances both motive power performance and quietness of a newly developed FCV (Fuel Cell Vehicle) traction motor. To enhance motive power performance, the research focused on the stator lamination technique. An adhesive for fastening electric steel sheets inside dies is minimized. Reducing thickness of the adhesive layers raised maximum torque by 17% compared to the previous motor. To enhance the quietness of the vehicle interior, it is important to lower the magnetic excitation force. To do this, a new magnetic circuit was developed and magnet position was optimized. The newly developed traction motor to go on FCV provides quietness, high power and smooth driving feeling. Compared to the previous model, the new motor raises maximum output power from 100 kW to 130 kW, and maximum torque from 256 Nm to 300 Nm. It also lowers motor noise heard in the interior of the vehicle by 5-10 dB(A).
