摘要：
The condition of service recovery system can determine the survival and development of service-oriented enterprises in automobile logistics industry. The paper makes an overall analysis of the factors that result in service failure in automobile logistics enterprises, and the mechanism of its causes is discussed, then some effective measures which can improve the service recovery system are also suggested.
