摘要
After oral inoculation with a highly cellculture-adapted strain of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus, shedding was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism for up to 6 days in 3-dayold piglets, 9 days in 2-week-old pigs, and 3 days in late-term pregnant sows.
