摘要
Tourism based in leisure vocation is now an international trend in the development of the tourist industry. The tourist based in the Chinese leisure vocation also develops vigorously and gradually becomes more popular. With social economic development, the market of tourist real estate is also becoming increasingly huge. This paper first summarizes through the foreign research. Based on this, this paper thoroughly analyzes the present market-tapping situation of the tourist real estate in Zhejiang Province from two aspects - external market environment and the market demand. Then, this paper summarizes five major problems - the project's lack of scientific planning, the market's lack of good reputation, the brand of tourist real estate, and the contradiction between supply and demand, policies and regulations. This paper studies the overseas experience of the development of tourist real estate to propose a series of practical and operational corresponding countermeasures. This paper provides the theory support and the practice reference of the market-tapping of tourist real estate in Zhejiang Province.
