Status and Future of Suzaku

Status of the Suzaku spacecraft, the science instruments, and the observation programs are presented. After six years in orbit, both the spacecraft and science instruments are quite healthy, although they experienced some anomalies. In the guest observer (GO) program and director's discretionary time, we implemented collaborations with other missions and key project. The oversubscription of proposals was a factor of 3 to 4 for all GO cycles so far. We expect to continue Suzaku observation so that it overlaps that of ASTRO-H at least for one year.
