摘要
Software Process Improvement (SPI) has become a well-established discipline in the last part of the '90s. Some interesting numbers have been reported in the literature as to what is the return on investment from SPI. However, very little attention has been devoted to individual actions and where their payoff lies. This paper reports on a systematic approach developed for an international company to understand, and potentially measure, the return on investment of SPI.
