摘要
The concept of dual-use technology flow is proposed firstly, then the model of dual-use technology flow based on national innovation system under the environment of military-civil collaboration is constructed, finally a case is used to explain it. The main purpose is to promote the reasonable flow and effective collocation of technology resource in wider scope.
