摘要
The understanding of suffering at work has changed from the burnout of the 1970s to today's psycho-social risks (PSR), and has led to the creation of new ways of caring for those who are affected by this ordeal. PSRs offer an often formal and organisational approach that does not take much into account the relationship and human aspects linked to suffering at work that are well defined by the idea of burnout. However, these PSR methods tend to be exclusively used to understand those who suffer at work. This observation serves as an encouragement to use methods centred on the individual and based on a clinical and psycho-dynamic approach to relieve those who are suffering at work.
