摘要
A case of a 9-year-old boy with a severe form of Ebstein anomaly who underwent a fenestrated Fontan procedure and exclusion of the tricuspid valve is reported. CT demonstrated the presence of the right ventricular thrombus which was first found on echocardiography and confirmed perioperatively. (C) 2014 Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography.
