摘要
No evident decrease about Chinese mining accident rate, more efficient accidents prevent methods is cried for. Through literature review on accident prevention methods and fine-grained static and analyses to 1433 cases of major mine accidents, 397 Unsafe Behaviors reports and 134 injury records, the authors found 12 main organizational deficiencies and 24 observable risk-behaviors are related to most mining accidents. Three aspects are suggested for accident prevention methods, which are 1) explorations on behavior-based method suit for domestic mining, 2) analyses on relationships among organizational safety factors, and 3) researches on the connection between safety climate ingredients and risk behavior, and the two aspects combined contributions to safety performance (rate of risk behavior, LWIF, accident economic losses, etc.).
