摘要：
Osteoarticular infection with Mycobacterium bovis (M. bovis) is a rare complication of bladder cancer treatment with intravesical Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG). We describe a case of disseminated Mycobacterium bovis BCG infection masquerading as a chronic prosthetic joint infection in a patient with several risk factors for progressive mycobacterial infection.
