Research on the Characteristic of Yoga Practitioners

摘要
As a fledgling industry with its unique efficacy of keeping people in healthy and shape, yoga becomes more and more popular among the young feminine all over the world. The article analyzed the reason of the yoga prevalence among the high income community and also focused on the characteristic of yoga practitioners from the perspective of education structure, occupational structure, income structure, motivation of practicing yoga. SPA and body composition index pre and aft practicing yoga is also discussed.
