The Regulatory Effect of Personality Traits of University Administrative Personnel on Job Satisfaction & Organizational Commitment

摘要
Through the review of literature, surveys, and theoretical analysis, the author studies the effect of the personality traits of university administrative personnel on the job satisfaction and the organizational commitment. 395 University administrators were surveyed by a questionnaire, and the author founds that personality traits of different dimensions will lead to different impacts on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research may help the leaders of Universities to understand the job satisfaction and organization commitment from the perspective of administrators' personality, thus, promote the sustainable development of the Chinese higher education.
