摘要
Reliability and economy both have influence on the reserve capacity planning of power system. Based on the quantitative risk assessment, this paper analyzes the comprehensive evaluation index of power system reserve by the use of equivalent energy function, and then proposes a fast computing method of reserve capacity balancing reliability with economy. Furthermore, considering renewable energy integration has great impact on the reserve planning and a multi-state renewable power modeling is employed. Finally, on the basis of a real-life power system, three kinds of models are simulated and compared to verify the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method.
