摘要：

This research used a structural equation model (SEM) to examine the interrelationships among intellectual capital, business reengineering, business model, and business performance, based on the perceptions of 206 directors of small and found empirical evidence that business reengineering and intellectual capital directly influence business performance, and business model indirectly influences business performance.
