摘要
This paper presents a new method to improve the quality of man machine communication in distributed systems and networks, in which a significant portion of traffic is multimedia traffic. Method is to use a soft short packets and packet multimedia services. Justified the choice of service time as a parameter evaluating the effectiveness of proposed solutions and an appropriate mathematical model. Using simulation studies determined the intensity of information flow, for which method is appropriate.
