摘要
Port investing is the important way for the large-scale shipping lines to construct worldwide logistics network, so the rational location of the container port could reduce the operating cost of the whole logistics network substantially. Thus, in order to supply the shipping lines with the decision support of the location problem, this paper establishes the Bi-level programming model for the above problem for the first time, and solves the model with the genetic algorithm. Finally, the paper proves the practicability of the model through application.
