Least squares curve fitting method used for castor oil viscosity

As the castor oil viscosity has a great change with temperature and no curve equation for viscosity and temperature doesn't exist, a least squares curve fitting method for castor oil viscosity is presented. According to internationally recognized castor oil viscosity of the standard value in a few certain temperature, the change curve between temperature and castor oil viscosity are presented in least squares method. Some experimental castor oil viscosity data are used to evaluate the presented method. A castor oil viscosity simulated model is constructed based on Matlab. The experimental results and simulation results are analyzed and then in conclusion cubic polynomial fit the viscosity and temperature curves very well.
