Research on influence of engineering construction standards on national economic and social development

Engineering construction is an important component of China's economic construction. ne standardization of the engineering construction work is the important foundation and technology policy for China's economic construction, and it plays a crucial role in China's economic construction and social development. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the engineering construction standards, this paper makes depth studies on the mechanism of engineering construction standards on national economic and social development, and quantifies the contributions of the engineering construction standards to the field of standardization by using Input-Output Table, Solo growth, CGE Model and other methods with the ratio of labor productivity, the ratio of input to output, the rate of contribution to GDP and other indicators reflecting the important role played by standardization. This research will fill the blanks of the economic effects research of standardization, and provide theoretical support of Construction standards macro strategic decision to further promote the development of standardization project.
