摘要：

Along with the remarkable growth of wireless mobile subscribers, the various services have been developed in order to support subscribers' demands. The prepaid wireless service is one of the best way to give some benefits to subscribers as well as service providers. This paper describes a prepaid call control scheme which is implemented in CDMA personal communications system. After an overview of the previous studies, the system configuration for the prepaid service and the functions performed by the system components are presented. Then the call scenarios are explained in detail. Finally, the brief evaluation and the remaining problems are discussed as a conclusion.
