摘要
The isolation and characterization of seventeen compounds have been obtained from phytochemical investigation from the root of Cynanchum limprichtii Schltr., including eight steroidal glycosides (1-8), one flavone (9), three aromatic compounds (10-12), four organic acidic compounds (13-16), and one sugar (17). Their structures were established by spectroscopic methods, which were compared to the reported data. Additionally, the compounds (11-14, 16) were isolated from the genus Cynanchum for the first time, of which the chemotaxonomic significance was discussed.
