摘要：
A compact terahertz (THz) surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs) device is designed and fabricated. This device can stimulate the THz SPPs and control the wave front of the SPPs simultaneously, which can reduce the size of the device. This method can be used to design the integrated SPPs devices.
