摘要
In this study, two new Co(II)-containing coordination polymers (CPs) with the chemical formulae of {[Co(tib)(betc)(0.5)]center dot H2O}(n) (1, tib = 1,3,5-tris(1-imidazolyl)benzene, betc(4-) = 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylate) and {[Co(tib)(H2O)]center dot(1,5-nds)}(n) (2, 1,5-nds(2-) = 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonate) have been successfully prepared by reaction of Co(II) salt with the tib ligand using different carboxylic acid co-ligands. Furthermore, the application values of compounds 1 and 2 on breast cancer combined with psychological counseling was evaluated. The Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) was conducted to evaluate the inhibitory activity of the compound on the breast cancer cell viability was determined. In addition to this, the activation levels of the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) signaling pathway was also determined with real time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).
