摘要：

The cultivation of innovative spirit and innovation ability is the essence and soul of quality education. Possessing a strong spirit of innovation and innovation capability is a notable feature of high-quality military talent. The paper expatiated on the relationship between the quality education and the innovation capability of students in military academies, and discussed on how to foster creativity in students from several aspects, such as the transformation of education ideas, the elevation of the science and technology quality of students, the exploitation of innovative thinking, the protection and development of the imagination of students, etc. Therefore, we must attach great importance to innovative education of students in military academies, helping them to establish a rational knowledge structure, strengthening the innovative thinking training, improving enthusiasm and initiative on their own innovation capacity-building, and bring up a generation of innovative high-quality military talents.
