摘要
In order to figure out the problem of voltage over limit of medium and low voltage distribution network caused by the output of photovoltaic system, and improvement the grid connection performance of photovoltaic system and the utilization ratio of surplus capacity of photovoltaic inverter, a voltage control strategy for integrated medium and low voltage distribution network based on active-reactive power coordination optimization is proposed in combination with the charge and discharge control of energy storage system (ESS). The integrated control model of medium and low voltage is established. Taking voltage offset and network loss as objective functions, reactive power compensation manipulate and active power control of ESS as means, multi-objective function converts into single objective function by weight coefficient method. And the optimal solution is calculated via the improved particle swarm optimization (IPSO). Proposed of voltage control strategy of the feasibility and effectiveness are verified by the extended IEEE33 node system, and the effectiveness of the IPSO algorithm is also verified.
