摘要：
Construction projects are full of risks and uncertainties because of the complex and dynamic nature of each unique construction project. Since risk management has been added to the Project Management Body of Knowledge as a separately identifiable management function, various methodologies were introduced or developed by many researchers. However, at present systematic review is lacking for the risk identification and analysis. For the purpose, the development of risk identification and risk analysis in construction projects were briefly summarized and discussed
