摘要：
In the next years the role of molecular genetics will increase in diagnosis, prognosis and therapy of MDS. In the treatment of low risk MDS anemia remains the biggest challgenge. In the treatment of high risk MDS new promising drugs are entering the field and open the possibility of combination therapies. Inclusion into interventional and observational studies is of great importance.
