摘要：
As a synergic competition mode, strategic alliance has been used widely. However, for its complexity, it is very difficult to measure the synergism that the strategic alliance brought. In this text, based on the value chain theory, a set of index system to the synergy of strategic alliance is built up and the FCE method is used to evaluate the synergy of the strategic alliance.
