摘要
In epidemiological studies, attention is often paid to agreement between quantitative measures. To estimate this agreement, the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) is most often used. We propose an analytical formula for the influence of a subject i(0) on the estimate of the ICC. It disjoins the positive influence of the mean of the measures i(0) from the negative influence of the variance of these measures. An application to real data also enabled detection of an outlier whose measures' variance strongly influenced the estimate of the ICC.
